Policies & Home Study Approval

REGISTRATION POLICY:

DATES, LOCATIONS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL PRICES REFLECT THE "EARLY BIRD RATE", or in some cases a "SPECIAL RATE", PLEASE CALL FOR DETAILS (the "Early Bird Rate" is good until 2 weeks prior to the course start date, after that, the "Standard Rate" will apply). All registrations must be pre-paid to confirm registration. Payments are not accepted at the door of the seminar. Registrations not received at least 10 days prior to the course start date may not have materials available on site. The Dogwood Institute, Inc. reserves the right to substitute an instructor of equal qualifications, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled instructor is not able to teach the course. Many courses fill-up quickly, so it is suggested that you register as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

IF THE PARTICIPANT CANCELS: If written notification of cancellation is received prior to the course start date, the participant may receive a letter of credit for the full amount of monies paid, substitute someone in their place, or transfer to another course without penalty.** No monies will be refunded for cancellations. No money or credit will be issued for “no show” to the course, or for cancellation after the course is in progress.

**Cancellations for transfers or letters of credit: If the participant registered using a letter of credit, or it the participant has been transferred from another course, and the participant cancels, no amount can be transferred and no letter of credit will be issued. All credits are forfeited.

IF DOGWOOD CANCELS PRIOR TO THE COURSE START DATE: THE PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF TUITION PAID. If a course is in progress, and is interrupted by acts of God, including natural disaster (s), and/or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. Neither Dogwood, nor the Host Facility is responsible for reimbursement of any expenses incurred, including airline tickets, hotels, etc.

HOME STUDY - COURSE APPROVAL:

Please check with your State Board prior to ordering.
You may reside in a state that does not accept home study courses for continuing education, or there may be restrictions on the amount of credits you are allowed to receive per renewal period. Check with your state licensing agency.
All sales for Home Study Courses are final.
